Day
01: Arrival in Beijing
Upon arrival in Beijing, you are met and transported to the hotel.
After your overseas flight, your can relax during the remainder of the
afternoon and evening. For dinner, you may eat in the hotel or explore
local restaurants.
Day 02: Beijing
You
can begin with strolling across the Tiananmen
Square - the largest and most imposing public square in the world.
Through the Meridian Gate on the north side of the square, you will
enter the fabled Forbidden City
to appreciate its majesty and magnificence. In the afternoon, you can
visit the Temple of Heaven where
the emperor, twice each year, would visit to thank the Gods for a good
harvest and pray for the new one. To complement a memorable start to
your tour, you can have Beijing Duck
Dinner at the famous century-old Quan Ju De restaurant followed
by a fascinating Peking Opera performance.

Day 03: Beijing
You can follow the Chinese saying "you are not a real human being
until you climb up on the great wall” at the Badaling
Great Wall of China, more than 2, 500 years old. The wall was constructed
to protect China from the savage Northern tribes. The wall contruction
was initiated in 200 B.C. during the Qin Dynasty and was finished around
the 15th century during the Ming Dynasty, which lasted for 10 dynasties.
After the Great Wall, you can visit Dingling, one of the Ming
Tombs – the burial site of royalty during the Ming Dynasty.
It took 10 years from Dingling's discovery develop the site.
Entrance to this sacred burial ground is via the Sacred
Way, an avenue where large animal statues stand guard. (B)
Day 04: Beijing
This morning you can marvel at the treasures of the Summer
Palace, the largest imperial garden in the world.
After lunch, you can go to WangFuJing Street, which is the most popular
shopping street in Beijing. You can enjoy the dinner at the famous local
snack street WangFuJing Street. (B)
Day 05: Beijing
You can visit the largest Jewelry Pearl Market and experience bargaining
with the locals. Then you can go to the Silk market specialized in selling
traditional Chinese dresses (“Qi Pao” in Chinese). (B)
Day
06: Beijing
Free activity – explore and shop at your leisure. (B)
Day 07: Departure from Beijing
Having completed your memorable China tour, today you will be transported
to the airport for your flight home. (B)
